Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Assistant Technical Field Engineer to join our technical team in Madurai. The candidate will assist with field installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers with field technical work.
Installation and maintenance of technical equipment and network devices.
Troubleshoot basic hardware, cable, and network-related issues.
Visit customer locations and provide technical support when required.
Perform equipment inspection and testing.
Update daily work and service reports.
Coordinate with the technical team to complete assigned tasks.
Follow company safety procedures and technical guidelines.

Eligibility
Minimum 10th or 12th Pass.




Basic knowledge of computers and technical equipment is preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in Cable TV, Broadband, Networking, Electronics, or Field Service will have an added advantage.
Willingness to travel within Madurai and nearby areas for field work.
Positive communication skills and a responsible attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred
