Desired Candidate profile:
Commerce / Business Graduate with a Marketing major.
Excellent written and verbal communication is required to deal with leads from across the globe
High level of computer literacy (e.g. should be proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, ppt, email etc, and be keen and quick to learn current applications)
Logical & lateral thinker as they have to be able to understand the correct response to different customer types, and not depend on a fixed process.
Experience in accounts with ZohoBook (or similar) is favourable.
