Profile Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Associate to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, preparing entries, and supporting the senior accounts team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

● Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records.

● Prepare and post journal entries in accounting software.

● Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.

● Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.

● Assist in bank reconciliation and reconciliation of accounts.

● Support the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records.

● Help in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.

● Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.





● Assist senior accountants with audits and financial reporting.

● Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before processing payments.

Handle basic data entry and Excel-based accounting reports.

● Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information. Knowledge Skills

● Education: Graduation/Master’s or any related field

● Experience: Fresher

● Positive knowledge of MS Excel.

● Robust numerical and analytical skills.

● Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles and Journal Entries.

● Knowledge of Debit and Credit concepts.

● Basic understanding of GST and TDS.

● Knowledge of Tally / ERP / Accounting Software will be preferred.
