Medical Recruitment Consultant

Angels Touch Recruitment is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Medical Recruitment Consultant to join our team in India.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified healthcare professionals for international job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Source nurses, doctors, paramedics, and allied healthcare professionals.
Screen candidates based on qualifications, experience, registration, and client requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
Explain job opportunities, salary packages, eligibility criteria, and recruitment procedures.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and international clients.
Collect and verify candidate documents.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and deployment process.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare specialists.
Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

Requirements:




Minimum 1 year of experience in medical/healthcare recruitment is mandatory.
Experience recruiting nurses, doctors, paramedics, or allied healthcare professionals is preferred.
Experience in international healthcare recruitment will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong candidate-handling, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
Good computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and recruitment platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
