Job Description – Sales & Customer Support Executive

Location: Hyderabad (HYD)
Experience: 2–4 Years
Industry: Food / FMCG – Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Executive to manage sales activities, customer queries, order coordination, and after-sales support. Candidates with experience in the Food/FMCG industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Generate leads and follow up with potential and existing customers.
Coordinate and process customer orders accurately and on time.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
Follow up on payments, deliveries, and pending orders.
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Production, and other internal teams.
Maintain daily sales and customer follow-up reports.
Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.





Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in Sales, Customer Support, or Business Coordination.
Experience in the Food/FMCG industry is preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Good verbal and written communication in English and preferably Telugu/Hindi.

Qualification
Any Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field preferred.
