Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the DDU-GKY training center.
Lead and coordinate center staff, trainers and mobilization teams.
Monitor mobilization, training, assessment and placement activities.
Maintain MIS, documentation and project records.
Ensure compliance with DDU-GKY guidelines and project requirements.
Monitor targets and center performance.
Coordinate with the Head Office and other stakeholders.
Eligibility:
Graduate/Post Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in DDU-GKY / Skill Development projects is required.
Robust team management, communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage targets and center operations independently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
