Electrical Supervisor:

Education qualification: DEEE / BE (EEE)
With C License .

Oversees electrical projects, ensuring protected and compliant work, while also managing and coordinating a team of electricians. Their primary responsibilities include planning, budgeting, scheduling, inspecting, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment.

Project Management and Planning:
Plan and schedule projects: Develop work schedules, timelines, and budgets for electrical projects.
Estimate time and materials: Accurately assess the resources needed for completing projects.
Maintain documentation: Keep records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.

Supervision and Guidance:
Supervise electricians: Guide and instruct team members on tasks, ensuring work is completed correctly and safely.
Assess work: Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Train and mentor: Provide guidance and support to junior staff, helping them develop their skills.
Troubleshoot problems:



Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of systems.
Perform maintenance: Oversee routine and preventive maintenance tasks to maintain the condition of electrical systems.

Communication and Coordination:
Collaborate: Work with other departments and stakeholders to support project goals.
Communicate effectively: Clearly convey information to team members, stakeholders, and management.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
