Hiring: Kannada-Speaking Pre-Legal Executive – Real Estate

We are looking for a Kannada-speaking Pre-Legal skilled with relevant Real Estate experience in property due diligence, title verification, and land documentation. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing property documents, conducting preliminary legal checks, preparing legal notes and title reports, and identifying ownership or documentation-related risks.

The role involves verification of RTC, EC, Mutation, Khata, Conversion, Survey Records, Tippani, Revenue Records, and other property documents. Candidates should also have experience in drafting/reviewing MOU, JDA, GPA, SPA, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deed, Procurement Agreements, and other real estate-related documents.

Solid coordination with landowners, advocates, law firms, legal teams, and land procurement teams is required.

Requirements: Kannada speaking is mandatory, along with hands-on Real Estate Pre-Legal / Property Legal experience.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
