Kryston Infratech is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities across construction, interior design, architectural and engineering services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing business relationships, understanding project requirements and converting opportunities into successful projects. The role requires solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, interior design and related services.
Generate leads through networking, references, online channels, market research and direct outreach.
Meet prospective clients to understand their construction, renovation, interior or design requirements.
Prepare and deliver company presentations and service proposals.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors and other industry professionals.
Follow up with leads and manage the business development pipeline.
Coordinate with the design, engineering and project teams to prepare suitable proposals.




Participate in negotiations and assist in closing projects.
Maintain records of leads, client interactions, proposals and conversions.
Monitor market trends, competitors and potential business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales or client acquisition.
Experience in construction, real estate, architecture, interiors or related industries preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Positive negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
