Key Responsibilities:
Build customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
Follow up on sales leads, handle client inquiries, and convert inquiries into bookings.
Coordinate with vendors to book hotels, transportation, and local tour activities.
Provide end-to-end customer support before, during, and after travel to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Skills:
A genuine passion for travel and exploring destinations.
Basic sales and negotiation skills with strong interpersonal communication.
Valuable organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Prior experience in itinerary planning, vendor coordination,



or travel operations is a plus (not mandatory; freshers with solid travel interest are welcome).

Job Details:
Location: Thiruvankulam Junction (Near Hill Palace), Ernakulam.
Preference: Candidates residing in or around Thiruvankulam/Ernakulam for an easy daily commute.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
