Job Summary: Meet daily output and ensure zero defects.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Batterypack Assembly, Spot Welding on pack.
Inspect and rework Weld joints.
Assemble, test, and pack Batteries.
Read work instructions.
Maintain equipment and ESD safety.
Record data in inspection reports.
Follow 5S and cleanroom rules.
Qualifications:
High school or ITI Holder,
1–3 years soldering experience.
Micro-soldering skills, steady hands.
Basic computer use.
