Position: CNC & VMC Machine Operator – Trainee
Department: Production
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year
Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC/VMC machines as per approved work instructions and production schedules.
Load/unload components and ensure proper machine setup under supervision.
Perform basic inspection using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and Gauges.
Follow drawing, process sheets and quality standards.
Monitor machine operations and report abnormalities to the supervisor.
Maintain 5S, cleanliness and safety standards at the workplace.
Record production, inspection and rejection details accurately.
Follow PPE, EHS and company safety procedures.
Support senior operators/technicians in setup, tooling and basic troubleshooting.

Skills Required




Basic knowledge of machining and engineering drawings.
Willingness to learn CNC/VMC operation and machining processes.
Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
Valuable discipline, attention to detail and willingness to work in shifts.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards.

Training & Growth

The trainee will receive on-the-job training in CNC/VMC operation, machine setup, tooling, inspection, quality and shop-floor safety, with prospects for progression based on performance and skill development.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
