Job Description: We are looking for skilled and responsible Mobile Phone Technicians to join our team in Bhubaneswar. Candidates should have practical experience in mobile phone repair, including replacement work and/or motherboard/chip-level repair. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair smartphones and identify hardware faults. Perform display, battery, charging port, camera, speaker, microphone and other component replacements. Perform motherboard-level troubleshooting and repair. Handle IC replacement, soldering, microsoldering, jumper/track repair and short-circuit diagnosis. Use repair tools such as multimeter, DC power supply, soldering station and microscope. Conduct proper testing and quality checks after every repair.



Maintain proper records of repaired devices and follow company repair procedures. Handle customer devices carefully and maintain a qualified working workplace. Requirements: Previous experience in mobile phone repair is preferred. Candidates with chip-level/IC-level repair experience will be given preference. Positive knowledge of smartphone hardware and motherboard troubleshooting. Ability to diagnose faults independently. Freshers with relevant mobile-repair training may also be considered for junior positions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
