Job Summary

Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the industrial segment through market research, strategic prospecting, client presentations and partnership building. Build a solid sales pipeline and support current-client acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Research target industries, market segments and potential clients.
Build and maintain a prospecting database using LinkedIn, trade directories and industrial portals.
Reach out to CXO, purchase and engineering-level contacts through email, LinkedIn and calls.
Prepare and deliver business presentations and capability decks to prospective clients.




Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate MoUs and approvals with relevant teams.
Develop channel partner and dealer networks in target territories.
Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue and report progress to management.
Attend industry events, trade fairs and B2B networking forums.

Requirements
Any Graduate; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
0–4 years of experience in B2B business development or industrial sales.
Market research and prospecting skills.
B2B presentation and proposal-writing skills.
Negotiation and deal-structuring skills.
Channel and dealer development experience.
CRM and sales pipeline management skills.
English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹41,700.00 per month
