Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various job positions.
Understand client/job requirements and source suitable candidates.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and references.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary, and location.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers for feedback.
Negotiate salary and support candidates through the offer and joining process.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
