Job Title: Project Trainee

Department: Projects

Location: Chakan, Pune

Role Summary

The Project Trainee will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring

project activities. This role is designed for candidates who want to build a career in project

management within industrial automation. The trainee will assist in documentation, follow-ups,

and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination and execution activities.

 Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of project milestones.

 Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.

 Coordinate with internal departments such as design, production, and purchase for project

updates.

 Follow up with teams to ensure project tasks are completed as per schedule.

 Help in preparing project status reports and presentations.





 Assist in monitoring project timelines, quality, and deliverables.

 Participate in internal project meetings and record MOM (Minutes of Meeting).

 Support project managers in resolving basic operational issues.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering/ MBA Operation

 0–1 year experience (Freshers can apply).

 Basic understanding of automation, manufacturing, or engineering projects will be an

advantage.

Skills Required

 Positive communication and coordination skills

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

 Solid willingness to learn and work in a team workplace

 Time management and organizational skills
