We are looking for an IT Technician who can independently handle day-to-day IT hardware and software requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
Install and troubleshoot software, Windows, and applications.
Manage and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, and basic networking.
Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
Manage and troubleshoot biometric attendance/access-control systems.
Handle basic IT security, updates, backups, and user support.
Coordinate with external vendors/service providers when required.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in IT support/technical support.
Positive hands-on knowledge of hardware, software, CCTV, biometric systems, Wi-Fi, and networking.
Robust troubleshooting and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
