Urgent Hiring for Workshop Supervisor

Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.

Experience :
3–5 years of workshop, automobile, recycling, or scrapyard experience.
Supervisory experience preferred.

Location : Automotive Square, Kamptee Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Salary : 15k to 25k

Skills:
Vehicle dismantling and workshop operations.
Team leadership and problem-solving.
Safety and compliance management.
Basic computer and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise vehicle receiving, depollution, dismantling, and scrapping activities.
Allocate and monitor work of technicians and operators.
Ensure protected handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
Maintain compliance with RVSF and environmental regulations.
Monitor workshop productivity, quality, and housekeeping.
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety procedures.
Maintain operational records and reports.
Coordinate maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
