Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Psychologist to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic support to individuals experiencing emotional, behavioral, psychological, and mental health concerns. The ideal candidate should possess strong counselling skills and a patient-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
Provide individual, group, and family counselling sessions.
Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
Monitor patient progress and maintain detailed case records.
Assist patients in managing stress, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and emotional challenges.
Provide psychological support and guidance to patients and families.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Conduct mental health awareness and wellness programs when required.




Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and skilled standards.

Requirements
Master's Degree in Psychology (Clinical Psychology/Counselling Psychology) or equivalent.
Relevant certifications or licenses as applicable.
Solid communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
Positive documentation and report-writing skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply (as per requirement).

Preferred Skills
Experience in counselling children, adolescents, or adults.
Knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapy techniques.
Strong crisis intervention and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
