Business Development Associate (BDA) – IT Services

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) with 1+ year of experience in business development, B2B sales, lead generation, or IT services sales.

Responsibilities:
Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and online research.
Identify potential clients, companies, and key decision-makers.
Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Schedule meetings with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
Promote software development, IT solutions, consulting, and technology services.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and company profiles.
Maintain and update leads and opportunities in CRM.
Follow up consistently with prospects and build long-term client relationships.
Research market trends, competitors, and recent business opportunities.
Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Requirements:
1+ year of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or IT Sales.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid English verbal and written communication.
Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, and lead-generation tools.
Knowledge of CRM systems is preferred.
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Experience working with US or international clients is a plus.
Knowledge of software development or IT consulting services is preferred.
