Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets.
Manage manpower and allocate work to operators.
Monitor injection moulding machines and production processes.
Ensure product quality and reduce rejection/rework.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Tool Room teams.
Maintain production records and shift reports.
Ensure safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards are followed.
Handle production issues and report them to the Production Manager.
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical / Production / Plastics
Experience: 1–5 years in Plastic Injection Moulding /Manufacturing.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
