SPECIAL EDUCATOR
Provide individualized educational support to students with special educational needs.
Identify students’ learning difficulties and develop appropriate support strategies.
Prepare and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as required.
Use inclusive, child-friendly, and activity-based teaching methods.
Adapt teaching materials and classroom activities according to students’ needs.
Monitor students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.
Conduct regular assessments and maintain progress records.
Coordinate with teachers and parents to support students’ overall development.
Promote an inclusive, protected, and supportive learning setting.
