Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Padel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium padel facility and ensure an excellent experience for players and members.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily club and court operations, bookings, and scheduling.
Coordinate with coaches, staff, vendors, and service providers.
Oversee customer experience, memberships, and player enquiries.
Organize tournaments, leagues, events, and social games.
Monitor court utilization, revenue, and operational performance.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and facility upkeep.
Support initiatives to grow memberships, engagement,



and the padel community.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in sports, fitness, hospitality, or facility operations.
Experience in padel or sports club management is preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Customer-focused and proactive approach.
Comfortable working adaptable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Passion for sports and padel.
