Job Title- Factory Supervisor

Job Location- Malur,Karnataka

Experience -Minimum 1 yr.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production activities in Factory
Allocate work to operators and helpers and monitor performance
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and productivity
Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns
Ensure safety norms and housekeeping standards are followed
Maintain daily production reports, attendance, and shift records

Eligibility
Any Graduate/Diploma
Minimum 1 yr experience in Fcatory work
Robust supervisory and people management skills
Positive understanding of manufacturing processes
Ability to handle Factory workforce effectively
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, production reports)
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
