We’re hiring a Social Media Content Creator who understands what to post, why to post, and how content converts attention into growth.

This role is not just about posting — it’s about ideas, hooks, trends, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Create content ideas for:
Personal brands
Small businesses & startups
Service & product-based brands
Write captions, hooks & reel scripts
Research trends & formats that work organically
Plan content calendars & themes
Work closely with video editors & designers
Use AI tools for content ideation, copywriting & strategy
Track performance & suggest improvements

Required Skills
Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube content
Good writing skills (straightforward, relatable, human)
Knows how to create hooks & storytelling formats
Comfortable using AI tools for:
Content ideas




Script writing
Caption optimization
Understanding of organic growth strategies

Valuable to Have (Bonus)
On-camera confidence or content creation experience
Knowledge of reels, memes & storytelling formats
Basic understanding of branding & performance marketing
Experience managing brand pages
