Creative Designer & Video Editor – Real Estate Marketing

Role overview:
Responsible for creating high-quality visual and video content for the company's real estate projects, brand communication, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities:
Design project brochures, flyers, hoardings, standees, advertisements, and marketing collateral
Create project presentation decks and sales materials
Edit project walkthroughs, construction progress videos, reels, promotional videos, and client testimonials
Create engaging Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital content
Work with the marketing, sales, and project teams to develop content for ongoing campaigns
Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, typography, colours, imagery, and visual identity
Handle basic motion graphics, transitions, text animation, and video effects




Edit photographs and enhance project renders, site photographs, and architectural visuals
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, architects, and external agencies when required
Manage and maintain the company's creative asset library

Preferred skills:
Corel draw
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Premiere Pro
After Effects
Basic knowledge of architectural/real-estate visual communication
Understanding of social media formats and trends
Positive sense of layout, typography, composition, branding, and visual storytelling

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
