Experience: 8–10 years in Automotive Quality
Qualification: DME / BE – Mechanical
Salary Budget: Rs.50,000–Rs.70,000 per month month based on experience and suitability.

Key Requirements:

· Robust knowledge of IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.

· Hands-on expertise in APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC and MSA.

· Experience in casting and machining processes in the automotive industry.

· Solid experience in customer complaint handling, 8D, 5-Why and Fishbone analysis.

· Knowledge of GD&T;, dimensional control and inspection techniques.

· Experience in process, product, internal, supplier, customer and certification audits.

· Knowledge of supplier quality management and corrective action follow-up.

· Experience in reducing rejection, scrap, rework and PPM.

· Robust leadership, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

· Experience working with OEM/Tier-1/Tier-2 customers; export OEM exposure is an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
