Health Insurance Advisor Job Type: Full time / Part time Industry: Health Insurance / Financial Services Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Job Summary We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Health Insurance Advisors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customers’ healthcare insurance needs, explaining suitable insurance plans, and assisting them throughout the policy purchase process. Key Responsibilities - Identify and understand customers’ health insurance requirements. - Explain health insurance plans, coverage, benefits, exclusions, and policy terms clearly. - Generate leads and develop new customer relationships. - Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful policies. - Provide accurate information and help customers choose suitable plans. - Maintain strong relationships with existing and current customers. - Assist customers with policy-related queries and basic claim guidance. - Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team growth.



- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities. Requirements - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Malayalam and English communication skills preferred. - Sales/customer service experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn. - Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
