Team Leader and Manager
Manage and supervise the Tele-Counselling team and their daily activities.
Monitor and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Track counsellor-wise footfalls, admissions, follow-ups, and target achievement.
Ensure each Tele-Counsellor meets the assigned target duration and footfall targets.
Identify performance gaps, provide guidance, and take corrective actions to improve team productivity.
Report overall team performance and progress to management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
