Schoenen Dis LLP is looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and career-oriented HR Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities.
Source and screen candidates through various job portals.
Post job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Naukri.
Coordinate with candidates via phone calls, emails, and messages.
Schedule interviews and maintain interview records.
Support employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain HR databases and employee records.
Assist with daily HR administrative tasks and office coordination.
Participate in real-time company projects and HR initiatives.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets,



Email).
Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Any Bachelor's Degree.
