Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline issue resolution processes and improve system reliability.
Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability.
Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent service disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.
Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems to track and manage support tickets effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with development, operations, and business teams to ensure seamless application support.
Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with system integration and understanding of business-critical application workflows.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Fabric.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
