Planning and executing IT strategy
Analyze Systems: Review current IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networks to find weaknesses or inefficiencies.
Develop Strategies: Create technology roadmaps and budgets that match short- and long-term company goals.
Implement Solutions: Design, test, and deploy current applications, systems, or security protocols.
Manage Projects: Oversee project timelines, coordinate with vendors, and stay within allotted budgets.
Train Staff: Educate internal teams and end-users on recent software, systems, and best practices.
Managing computer systems, networks, and security
Managing hardware and software deployments
Protecting sensitive information and system-crucial data
Managing applications and their security
Developing key performance indicators and SLAs
Developing policies for internal IT operations
Defining the enterprise architecture
Managing and supporting delivery of software and hardware operations and projects
