Position: Receptionist cum Telecaller
Location: Noida Sector - 136
Reports To: Office Manager / Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a skilled manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and call records.
Provide administrative support to HR and management teams.
Achieve daily and weekly call/lead generation targets.

Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma in Administration or related field.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Confident, persuasive, and target‑oriented.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
