Develop marketing strategies to increase service bookings and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
* Generate leads for service, repairs, and spare parts
* Coordinate closely with service team & technicians for customer follow-ups
* Plan and execute local marketing activities (field visits, dealer visits, client meetings)
* Manage digital marketing (Google, Facebook, WhatsApp promotions)
* Build relationships with existing customers for repeat business
* Handle customer feedback and improve service experience
* Promote recent service offers, packages, and discounts
* Conduct market research on competitors and pricing
* Organize service camps, demo programs, and customer meets
Location: Vytilla, Ernakulam
Time: 9 am to 5.30pm
Salary: Best in industry
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
