Position: Real Estate Rental Executive
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Location: Noida, Sector 132
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Team Leader

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and convert residential & commercial rental leads.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Coordinate and conduct property visits with prospective tenants.
Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and channel partners.
Follow up with leads and drive successful deal closures.
Handle rental negotiations, documentation, and transaction coordination.
Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.

EDUCATION:

Graduate in any discipline preferred.

A vehicle is mandatory for this role, as the position involves local travel for property visits and client meetings.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
