Job Description – MERN Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated MERN Stack Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our development team. The candidate should have a good understanding of full-stack web development and be comfortable working across both frontend and backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack
Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js
Develop backend services and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js
Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, and data management
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code
Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
Collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members
Understand project requirements and contribute to timely delivery

Required Skills
1–2 years of relevant experience in MERN Stack development
Valuable knowledge of React.js




Working experience with Node.js and Express.js
Good understanding of MongoDB
Solid knowledge of JavaScript
Basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
Experience working with RESTful APIs
Familiarity with Git / GitHub
Good debugging and problem-solving skills
Understanding of responsive web development

Good to Have
Knowledge of TypeScript
Experience with Redux or other state management libraries
Basic knowledge of Next.js
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Understanding of CI/CD concepts

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
