Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Sales & Marketing Executive who is interested in the poultry and egg industry. The candidate should have a valuable understanding of egg sales, marketing, customer handling, basic accounting, and sales documentation.

The ideal candidate should be willing to work in the field, develop customer relationships, identify recent sales opportunities, and support day-to-day egg sales and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

*Handle egg sales and marketing activities in assigned areas.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and dealers.
Identify and approach current customers and business opportunities.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, quantities, prices, and deliveries. Monitor daily sales, collections, outstanding payments, and customer accounts. Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, payments, and receivables. Prepare basic sales reports, invoices, quotations, and statements. Coordinate with the poultry farm, warehouse, transporters, and customers for timely deliveries. Monitor market prices and provide regular updates on egg rates and market trends.



Follow up on pending payments and maintain customer-wise outstanding records. Assist the management in achieving monthly sales targets. Handle other poultry-related sales and operational activities as required.

Candidate Requirements

*Any Degree from a recognized institution.
Genuine interest in the poultry / egg business.
Knowledge of egg sales and marketing is preferred. Basic knowledge of accounts, billing, invoices, and collections.
Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets. Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports. Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and sales activities. Should be responsible, proactive, and target-oriented. Candidates with previous experience in poultry, egg trading, FMCG, agricultural products, or related sales will be preferred.
