Key Responsibilities
Design and develop dies, patterns, and related tooling as per product and process requirements.
Prepare and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using appropriate CAD software.
Apply GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles while preparing engineering drawings.
Develop die and pattern designs considering manufacturability, quality, cost, and production requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Process Engineering, and other departments for successful implementation of new products.
Review and optimize existing die and pattern designs to improve quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Manage and track the Current Product Development (NPD) pipeline and portfolio.
Support the successful launch of recent products within defined timelines and quality standards.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of drawings, design data, and engineering records.




Identify and resolve design-related issues during development and production.
Ensure all designs comply with approved engineering standards and customer requirements.
GD&T; knowledge is mandatory.
3D Modeling and 2D Drafting knowledge is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Die Design and Pattern Design.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and tooling requirements.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Knowledge of design standards, tolerances, and material specifications.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
