Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain practical experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day recruitment activities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with bulk hiring and placement drives.
Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain HR records.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements




Pursuing or completed a BBA, HR, Business Administration, or related degree.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
