Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and customer-focused Restaurant Cashier to join our team in Viramgam. The cashier will handle customer billing, cash/card/UPI payments, and maintain accurate transaction records while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide polite, friendly service.
Prepare accurate bills and process customer orders/payments.
Handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other payment methods.
Maintain accurate cash and billing records.
Verify cash drawer balance at the beginning and end of each shift.
Issue receipts and assist customers with billing-related queries.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff regarding orders and billing.
Handle cancellations, discounts, and refunds according to company policy.
Keep the cash counter clean and organized.
Report any billing discrepancies or cash shortages to the supervisor.
Follow restaurant hygiene, safety,



and company procedures.

Requirements
10th/12th pass or equivalent.
Previous restaurant cashier or billing experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of POS/billing software.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of cash handling and UPI payments.
Honest, punctual, and responsible.
Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi is preferred; basic English is an advantage.

Salary & Perks
Salary: ₹15,000– 20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
Duty meals may be provided.
Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
