Customer Interaction & Support
Answer customer calls, messages, emails, and chat inquiries regarding products, orders, and services.
Provide detailed product information (cake flavors, customization options, pricing, delivery timelines).
Assist customers in placing orders and guide them through payment and delivery options.
Order Management
Coordinate with the production team for customized cakes, designer cakes, and bulk orders.
Ensure all customer orders are accurately recorded and processed on time.
Track and update customers on order status (confirmation, preparation, dispatch, delivery).
Complaint Handling & Service Recovery
Address customer complaints regarding product quality, delivery delays, or damages.
Provide timely solutions and follow-up until customer satisfaction is achieved.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher management when necessary.
Customer Relationship Management




Build and maintain positive relationships with repeat and high-value customers.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management to improve services.
Promote seasonal cakes, offers, and loyalty programs to increase sales.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with the delivery team to ensure on-time and secure cake delivery.
Liaise with the design/production team to confirm customization details.
Maintain proper communication between departments for smooth order execution.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
