Job Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities in the UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Germany, and other popular destinations.
Understand students’ academic background, career goals, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable study options.
Guide students in selecting the right course, university, and study destination.
Provide accurate information on admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, intakes, and application procedures.
Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Follow up regularly with prospective students and support them throughout the admission process.
Coordinate with the processing and visa teams to ensure smooth application progress.
Maintain proper student records and update enquiry/application status.




Achieve assigned monthly targets and contribute to team growth.
Stay updated on changes in universities, courses, admission requirements, and study-abroad opportunities.

Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling and student-handling abilities.
Target-oriented with positive follow-up and conversion skills.
Previous experience in study abroad counselling is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
