Candidate with 5 years experience In Plastic Injection moulding Production

Key Responsibilities
Set up injection moulding machines, moulds, tools, and auxiliary equipment as per production requirements.
Mould loading , unloading and Maintenance
Diagnose and resolve moulding issues such as flash, short shots, burn marks, warpage, and dimensional defects.
Perform routine preventive maintenance of machines, moulds, and tools.
Monitor product quality using visual inspection and measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges,Polariscope ).
Coordinate with maintenance team for major repairs or breakdowns.
Document process parameters and maintain accurate production logs.
Optimize cycle times and reduce material wastage.




Ensure adherence to production schedules and minimize downtime.
Follow plant safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and machine safety procedures.
Ensure moulds and equipment are handled safely using cranes or hoists.
Adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, cycle time) to ensure optimal performance.
Perform start-up, shut-down, and change-over procedures safely and efficiently

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
