Develop architectural concepts, designs, and layouts based on client requirements.

Prepare 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

Create and review 3D models and architectural visualizations.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and interior design teams.

Ensure designs comply with building codes, local regulations, and safety standards.

Prepare working drawings and construction documentation.

Select suitable materials, finishes, and design elements.

Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure drawings are followed correctly.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

Review drawings and resolve design or construction-related issues.

Assist with quantity estimates, specifications, and project documentation when required.

Manage project timelines, design revisions, and deliverables.

Use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Lumion/Twinmotion, Photoshop, etc., depending on the project.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
