Furniture Sales / Showroom Associate

We are looking for an experienced Furniture Sales / Showroom Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting furniture and home furnishing products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize sales opportunities.
Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Maintain excellent customer service and showroom presentation.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 year of experience in the furniture industry is mandatory.
Candidates with experience in furniture sales/showroom sales will be preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve higher sales.
Basic computer knowledge.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Additional performance-based incentives on achieving sales targets.
Higher sales performance = higher earning potential.
The incentive structure and expected earnings will be calculated and discussed during the interview based on the candidate’s experience and sales potential.

Significant: Only candidates with previous furniture industry experience should apply. Applications without furniture industry experience will not be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
