Position : Senior Architecture Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate architectural design and drawing production for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Review architectural drawings to ensure compliance with building codes, authority regulations, and project standards.
Coordinate closely with Structural and MEP teams to achieve clash-free, integrated designs.
Review and respond to comments from clients, consultants, and authorities.
Ensure timely incorporation of coordination and authority comments into architectural drawings.
Prepare and manage documentation for authority submissions and NOC approvals.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of architectural outputs.
Review architectural shop drawings and material submittals.




Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and provide technical clarifications.
Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of architectural deliverables.
Support the project team in resolving design and coordination issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Qualification
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
UAE project experience will be a strong advantage.

Software Skills
AutoCAD (Mandatory)
Revit Architecture (Preferred)
SketchUp / Lumion / Adobe Photoshop (Added Advantage)

Technical Skills
Robust knowledge of Local building codes and authority approval procedures.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Solid architectural detailing and drawing review capabilities.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and lead coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
