Job Responsibilities
Create engaging and informative content for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
Develop content ideas based on company goals, audience interests, and current trends.
Write, edit, and proofread captions, articles, scripts, promotional materials, and other marketing content.
Manage and maintain the content calendar across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create high-quality visual and written content.
Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor content.
Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and analytics.
Ensure all content follows the company’s brand voice, style, and communication guidelines.

Requirements




Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi and Punjabi is an advantage.
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Basic knowledge of content creation tools, Canva, video editing, or graphic design is preferred.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field is preferred.
