We are hiring for an Assistant Sales Manager in Contemporary Retail for our Sabari Distribution, a P&G; distributor.

Responsible for handling and managing a team of employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners. The role requires effective coordination between sales, supply chain, and store-level execution to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with up-to-date retail outlets
Ensure proper stock availability, visibility, and merchandising in stores
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports




Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and issue resolution
Train and support employees to improve productivity and efficiency

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG and modern retail
Robust leadership and team management skills
Good communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of retail operations and market trends

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
