About the Role

We are hiring Store Sales Executives for a premium retail/fitness store setting in Noida. The position involves handling the store front desk, engaging with walk-in customers, and driving sales through effective communication and service. This is a target-based role with performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and front desk activities
Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them accordingly
Promote and sell products/services or membership plans to customers
Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets
Handle walk-in inquiries, customer follow-ups, and basic coordination
Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, and overall presentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store functioning
Ensure a high-quality customer experience aligned with brand standards

Eligibility Criteria
Experience of 1 to 3 yrs in fitness sales.
Graduation mandatory
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)




Presentable personality with positive interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
Willingness to work in a store-based role
