Job Title: Delivery Boy / Pickup & Delivery Executive

Working Hours: 10AM-8PM, 1 weakly off

Brilliant Wash is a dry-cleaning and laundry service in Gurugram. We are looking for a reliable and punctual Delivery Executive to manage customer pickups and deliveries and assist with daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver clothes, shoes, curtains, and other cleaning orders safely and on time.
Count items during pickup and delivery and confirm order details with customers.
Note visible stains, damage, or special customer instructions and inform the store team.
Handle garments carefully and keep orders correctly labelled and separated.
Coordinate with customers over calls or WhatsApp regarding pickup and delivery timings.
Update the store team on completed, delayed, or rescheduled orders.




Collect payments when required and maintain accurate records.
Assist with packing, sorting, and organising orders when deliveries are completed.

Requirements
Valid two-wheeler driving licence and ability to ride safely.
Ability to use a smartphone, Google Maps, and WhatsApp.
Basic reading and counting skills.
Polite communication and a skilled attitude towards customers.
Honest, punctual, and responsible with customer belongings and payments.
Familiarity with Gurugram routes is preferred.
Previous delivery experience is preferred; freshers are welcome to apply.
